The wild, rugged and beautiful land around the Wild Atlantic Distillery nurtures the perfect conditions for creating & ageing our traditionally crafted Irish whiskey. The Atlantic Ocean provides the botanicals for our unique & distinctive gin.
Their Distillery was inspired by one of nature’s great wonders, the Porcupine Bank. Situated approximately 120 miles off the West coast of Ireland on the edge of the Atlantic Ocean. The name of the bank comes from a research vessel called ‘Porcupine’ that discovered them in 1862. The M.V. Porcupine was a sail and paddlewheel used mainly for surveying the oceans.

Islandmen Irish Whiskey
A special blend of Grain and Single Malt Irish Whiskey, Matured in first fill bourbon cask for 3 years and then finished in Pedro Ximénez Solera casks which are rare and precious Spanish sherry casks that offer a profound influence on our Whiskey.
Its intense sweetness, rich caramel notes, and dried fruit character can dramatically transform a whiskey's flavour profile. When used for maturation, the cask imparts a luxurious depth, complexity, and a touch of opulence to the spirit, creating a truly exceptional and memorable experience.

Wild Atlantic Irish Gin
Northern Irelands Award Winning Wild Atlantic Irish Gin is a perfect balance of Traditional and Organic Ocean Botanicals, a complex Gin inspired by the Wild Atlantic. Our organic botanicals are hand harvested from the waters of the Wild Atlantic Way and the Porcupine Bank. A well-defined refreshing Juniper lead followed by citrus from bitter orange and lime. An enticingly long warm spice and ending with a fresh maritime sweetness from our Ocean Botanicals.
Our signature serve is with tonic and garnished with a slice of pink grapefruit…..Enjoy.

Our sophisticated strawberry gin, bursting with strawberries and elderflower, is a luscious twist on our classic award winning Wild Atlantic Irish Gin. A blend of 8 traditional botanicals, hand-crafted by our Master distiller in small batches and then infused with wild strawberries and elderflower.
Natural strawberry and elderflower whilst maintaining the contemporary gin tradition.
Perfect Serve: Tonic/Soda, fresh strawberries to garnish with a sprig of mint.....Enjoy

Premium Wild Atlantic Irish Vodka is small batch hand crafted with real Amalfi Lemons, using our natural process of extraction, capturing the intense fragrance and balance of acidity that only the best lemons in the world can achieve. Our Vodka is inspired by the legendary Queen of Irish Mythology, Maeve of Connaught, Warrior and Priestess. Maeve was renowned as a passionate Queen whose warriors were willing to die for her because of her intoxicating beauty, passion and strength. Maeve was known as “She Who Intoxicates” a fitting name for a Goddess of the Wild Atlantic Irish Vodka. Just Like Maeve our Vodka has a strong and Unique character.
