March 2018 – Redcastle Raspberry & Pomegranate Gin Liqueur
In March 2018, Redcastle launched its first gin liqueur, Redcastle Raspberry & Pomegranate Gin Liqueur, offering a vibrant and fruit-forward drinking experience. Crafted using Scottish raspberries and exotic pomegranate, expertly blended with Redcastle’s signature gin, this refreshing Scottish gin liqueur delivers a smooth finish and bold fruit flavour. Bottled at 20% ABV, it quickly became a favourite for refreshing serves and sharing with friends.
June 2018 – Redcastle Blood Orange & Rhubarb Gin Liqueur
Introduced in June 2018, Redcastle Blood Orange & Rhubarb Gin Liqueur brought a bold citrus twist to the growing Redcastle collection. Combining the zesty sweetness of blood orange with the delicate tartness of rhubarb, this refreshing fruit gin liqueur was crafted for vibrant summer serves and refreshing drinks. August 2018 – Redcastle Passion Fruit & Mango Gin Liqueur
Launched in August 2018, Redcastle Passion Fruit & Mango Gin Liqueur introduced an explosion of tropical flavour to the Redcastle range. August 2018 – The Launch of Redcastle Spiced Rum
Also introduced in August 2018, Redcastle Spiced Rum pays tribute to the rich history of rum smuggling along Scotland’s east coast. Crafted by blending Angus distilled Scottish rum with carefully selected three-year-old cask aged Caribbean rum, this distinctive Scottish spiced rum delivers warming notes of vanilla and citrus, balanced by subtle oak undertones. Bottled at 40% ABV, it remains a signature spirit celebrating both local craftsmanship and Caribbean rum heritage.
End of 2018 - The Evolution of the Redcastle Gin Collection
Following the popularity of the gin liqueur collection, Redcastle expanded its range with Redcastle Passion Fruit & Mango Gin, Raspberry & Pomegranate Gin, and Blood Orange & Rhubarb Gin. Infused with natural fruit and bottled at 40% ABV, these vibrant Scottish flavoured gins were created to offer a more refined, grown-up drinking experience for those who had first fallen in love with the Redcastle gin liqueur range. Smooth, refreshing and full of flavour, they continue to bring bold fruit character to classic gin serves.
2021 – The Release of Redcastle 3-Year Aged Caribbean Rum
After first discovering this exceptional Jamaican distilled rum in late 2017, Redcastle were captivated by its luxurious fruit character, subtle oak influence and beautifully mellow finish. Originally selected to help shape the flavour profile of Redcastle Spiced Rum, the demand for its rich, smooth character led to the standalone launch of Redcastle 3-Year Aged Caribbean Rum in 2021. Matured in oak casks, this expertly selected aged Caribbean rum offers a smooth sipping experience full of warmth and depth.
August 2021 – Redcastle Blueberry Old Tom Gin
In August 2021, Redcastle introduced Redcastle Blueberry Old Tom Gin, celebrating the incredible produce found on its doorstep in Angus, Scotland. Distilled using locally sourced blueberries from East Seaton Farm near Arbroath, this beautifully balanced Scottish Old Tom Gin offers rich berry flavour alongside a smooth sweetness and classic juniper character. Bottled at 40% ABV, it showcases Redcastle’s passion for local ingredients and handcrafted spirits.
2025 – The Launch of KALD Cold Brew Coffee Rum Liqueur
Originally introduced under the Redcastle banner and reimagined as its own standalone brand in 2025, KALD Cold Brew Coffee Rum Liqueur combines expertly crafted cold brew coffee with Redcastle’s 2-Star Great Taste Award-winning Spiced Rum.
