In 2021 we were proud to launch our Toll House range of spirits.
This range was designed to help customers top up the drinks cabinet with an affordable range of Scottish Small batch spirits.
We never compromise on the quality of our liquids and have instead focused on reducing the packaging costs, with a screw top bottle and a lighter weight glass bottle, allowing us to reduce the price.
We originally launched a Scottish Gin, Scottish Vodka and Spiced Rum, and in 2022 we added a White Rum, at the request of our on-trade customers.
Each bottle is individually filled, sealed, labelled and numbered, by hand, in Arbroath, Angus.
All available in a 70cl bottle and, exclusively for our on-trade customers, a 1.5L bottle is also available.

Toll House Scottish Gin
Like all of our Scottish small batch spirits within the Toll House range, our Scottish Gin is available in a 1.5L bottle for the on-trade and a 70cl bottle for our online & retail customers.
Toll House Scottish Vodka
Our Scottish Vodka is available in a 70cl bottle and, for the on-trade only a 1.5L bottle.
It is a classic smooth grain based vodka, perfect for cocktails and V&Ts.
Toll House White Rum
Our White Rum, with fruity tropical notes, is perfect in rum based cocktails and over ice with Cola. Available in a 70cl bottle or a 1.5L bottle for our on-trade customers.
Toll House Spiced Rum
Our Spiced Rum has notes of vanilla, citrus and gentle spice. Reminiscent of a cola cube sweetie. Mixes perfectly with cola or lemonade. Available in a 70cl bottle and a 1.5L bottle.
